To request a change of schedule (Drop, 添加, 或收回), make an appointment with your advisor, 和 if you are receiving 金融援助, 与夫人. 辛迪·, to discuss the potential impact of your change of schedule on your academic progression 和 financial aid package. Pick up a 更改时间表 form from the 注册商’s Office or download it. Bring the 更改时间表 form to your advisor for their signature. After your advisor has signed the form, take it to the Office of 金融援助 for approval, 和 then to the 注册商’s Office.

FERPA指南
的 Family Educational Rights 和 Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA) is the federal law that protects the privacy of student education records.
阿奎奈大学 students have the right to review the accuracy of information kept in their cumulative file by the 注册商 upon written request.
Student records will not be made available to unauthorized persons, nor will they be given to any institution or individual without the written permission of the student. Any 阿奎奈大学 student who believes his or her FERPA rights have been violated can request a meeting with the Vice President for 学者 by submitting the FERPA Violation Complaint Form.
If the student is not satisfied with the results of this hearing, he can file a complaint letter with the Family Policy Compliance Office in Washington, D.C.
